A third popular theme takes the couple back to medieval times and the romantic sonnets of Shakespeare. Bride and groom, as well as the entire wedding party, can rent costumes indicative of this time period. The wedding reception can be a festive multi-course meal complete with musicians and troubadours. The couple may choose to incorporate language and vocabulary of medieval times into their vows.
